What is your shipping policy?
Our warehouse is located in Sydney. We use Auspost for shipping and offer standard shipping only. Shipping times for most metro areas only take 2-3 days, but remote regions of Australia may take up to 7 days, Please refer to our Shipping Policy page for more details.
What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment through credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, Amex and PayPal.
What if I want to return the product?
You can. We offer a 30-day free return policy as long as the product is in its original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy page for more details.
Can I pick up from your warehouse?
Unfortunately no. Our warehouse is not open to the public and we do not have adequate manpower to look after customers in our warehouse.
What should I do if I have a warranty request?
Login to your account or email us for a warranty request. We will get back to you in 24 hours and provide you with a warranty arrangement.
Often is a simple reset that you can do it yourself, or for a more serious problem, an exchange or return of your product will be provided.
