Warranty and repairs

At Lyeef, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All of our small home appliances come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, so you can feel confident in your purchase.

If your Lyeef product becomes defective within one year of purchase, please contact our customer service team and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Our team will then provide you with a return authorization number and further instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is covered under our warranty. If the item is deemed to be covered under our warranty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge and send it back to you within 7 business days.

Please note that our warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage. If your item is not covered under our warranty, we will provide you with a quote for repair or replacement.

To ensure that your product remains in good working condition, we recommend following the care and maintenance instructions provided with your product.
